Founded on the phenomenal success of Liverpool's European Capital of Culture 2008 and the huge growth that followed, Blue Chip Tourism, whose Director Keith Blundell was the city's Head of Tourism from 2004-2012, is dedicated to sharing the knowledge of how to achieve that growth with fellow destinations.
